How to add rDNS entries
An rDNS record tells mail providers that an IP belongs to a specific domain.
If you need rDNS this is something we will need to setup for you. It is a very quick and easy process.
Please submit all requests in the following format:
domain1.com
domain2.com
domain3.com
ip1
ip2
ip3
... and so on
In this example, domain1 will map to ip1, domain2 to ip2, etc...
This makes it easier for us as this is the format our system accepts.
