How to submit a rDNS Request
Just Submit a Ticket to support in the following format:
1. First include the Domains / Sub-Domains in a list
2. Then submit the IP Addresses in a second list the first Domain in your list should be for the first IP in the IP list.
Example:
Domain.TDLDomain2.TDLSub.Domain.TDLSub.Domain2.TDL192.168.0.1192.168.0.2192.168.0.3192.168.0.4
3. Now we will add the rDNS entries based on that system...
NOTE: RDNS setup only takes about 3 minutes on our end - BUT may take 24-48 hours to be seen by the rest of the world due to DNS Propagation.
